You may cancel a walk free of charge up to 7 days before its start. The deadline is counted in the local time of the place where the walk takes place. Cancel by email to christmasmarkets@localbini.com; the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
For cancellations within 7 days of the start, and for guests who do not appear at the meeting point, the full amount is due.
Date and time changes are free up to 7 days before the walk and depend on the availability of a host. Within 7 days a change counts as a cancellation and a new booking.
Walks take place outdoors in winter conditions and run in rain and snow; the host may adapt the route to weather, crowds and closures. Market dates and hours come from the organisers, whose official sites are linked on each city page. If the organiser or the authorities close a market on your date, you choose a new date or receive a full refund.
The same 7 day rule applies to company evenings. Changes to the number of guests are free up to 7 days before; reserved tables and venues follow the venue's own conditions, which we state in the proposal.
